A grass "antiburp" for ruminants. Here is what Australians and from Néozélandais perfected to limit the quantities of methane issued by ovine and bovine animal husbandry, that represents 14 % of greenhouse gas emissions Australia, and up to 50 % in New Zealand. They inhibited the expression of an enzyme in the plant, which makes it more digestible, and reduces so the production of methane by the intestinal flora of the cattle.
